Warranty

Unless otherwise specified, items I manufacture are warranted for one year against defects in materials and workmanship.

Lightweight backpacking gear is designed to balance weight, durability, comfort, and performance. Because many ultralight materials require reasonable care, damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or use beyond the intended design of the product is not covered under this warranty.

Warranty resolution may include repair, replacement, exchange for a more suitable material (for example, a slightly more durable fabric in place of an ultralight option), or a refund if a suitable replacement cannot be provided.

Returns

Because much of my gear is handmade to order and often customized, return requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

When a return is accepted, any refund may be reduced by costs associated with custom materials, custom labor, original shipping charges, and return shipping charges, as applicable.
